Features of Ikariam Upgrade Watcher 2:
This script allows you to view an icon on each building that shows:

The level of the building.

Whether the building can be upgraded with the available resources in the city.

The amount of resources required to upgrade the building.
The icons not only display the building level but also change color depending on the resources available:

Green: The building can be upgraded with the available resources.

Red: The building cannot be upgraded with the current resources.

Blue: There are sufficient resources for upgrading the building, but another building is currently under construction in the same city.

Gray: The building has reached its maximum level and cannot be upgraded further.

Warehouse (Almacén) Example:
When hovering the mouse over the Warehouse icon, you can see the required and available resources in two colors:

Red: The resources needed to upgrade the warehouse.

Green: The remaining resources after upgrading.

Missing Resources: 1,146 Crystal and 845 Sulfur are needed to upgrade the Warehouse.

Remaining Resources: After upgrading, you will have 258 Wood and 23,653 Marble left in the city.
Forester's Hut (Cabaña de Guardabosques) Example:
When hovering over the Forester's Hut icon, you can see the remaining resources in the city after upgrading it.

Governor’s Residence (Residencia del Gobernador) Example:
In another city, the icon for the Governor’s Residence appears red, indicating there are insufficient resources to upgrade it.
Other buildings can be upgraded, but they appear blue because there is already another building under construction.
